FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Trailing edge panel comprises top surface, bottom surface and trailing edge connecting said top and bottom surfaces. Note here that said top and bottom surfaces are connected by transverse stiffness elements. Note also that said panel makes an integral solid part with integrated top surface, bottom surface, trailing edge and transverse stiffness elements. During panel fabrication, rods partially wrapped in cover shell are placed over the shell length which allows the folding of said bearing shell. Then, bearing shell is folded to be placed on enveloped rods. Now, the panel is polymerised by bonding of cover shell plies with bearing shell to produce crosswise stiffness elements. Finally, rods are withdrawn.EFFECT: fine aerodynamic integrity nearby trailing edge, higher stiffness, simplified production.16 cl, 7 dwg |
