FIELD: pharmacology.SUBSTANCE: invention represents method of obtaining extract from velvet antlers for external or internal application, consisting in the fact that petroleum ether is applied in first extraction and extraction is carried out at room temperature or weak heating for at least 9 hours, after carrying out first extraction extract is evaporated, dried in vacuum at temperature not higher than 43°C with obtaining lipophilic fraction, then second extraction is carried out for 6 hours, where water is applied as polar extragent, water extract is evaporated, dried in vacuum at temperature not higher than 43°C with obtaining hydrophilic fraction, after which third fermentative extraction is carried out in artificial gastric juice at temperature 37°C for 1.5 hours, powder is pressed out, and obtained extract is evaporated, dried in vacuum, at temperature not higher than 43°C with obtaining dry hydrolysed fraction from sediment.EFFECT: increased content of biologically active substances in all fractions of extract from velvet antlers.2 cl, 2 ex, 2 tbl |
