PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation apparatus for a blind, having a small operation load.SOLUTION: The operation apparatus for a blind includes second and fourth clutch mechanisms 320, 420 for performing, by using rotation of first and second winding pipes 140, 150, switching between a fixed state in which the first and second winding pipes are fixed to first and second shafts 330, 430 and a non-fixed state in which the first and second winding pipes are not fixed to the first and second shafts 330, 430. Transmission of rotation of a pulley 220 to the first and second winding pipes 140, 150 makes the second and fourth clutch mechanisms 320, 420 perform switching from a fixed state to a non-fixed state. When the second and fourth clutch mechanisms switch the first winding pipe into a non-fixed state in which the first winding pipe is not fixed to the first shaft, a first drive member 240 rotated by the rotation of the pulley transmits rotation to the first winding pipe by rotating together with a first transmission member 260 in an engaging state while a second drive member 250 rotated by the rotation of the pulley does not transmits rotation to the second winding pipe by relatively rotating by a predetermined angle together with a second transmission member 230 in a non-engaging state. |
