FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A retractor contains a cannula, which includes a clamp and a fixation device. The clamp projects from the cannula in the axial direction, and contains grips for tissue gripping and a fixing ring for fixation of the grips. The fixation device contains sharpened grips. The clamp is connected and adjusted relative to the fixation device by means of a surgical thread segment. A version of the retractor contains a cannula with a fixation device, a wire shape and a clamp. The wire shape forms a screw spring, which extends radially. One more version of the retractor contains a cannula, including a fixation device in the form of a surgical thread loop. The loop of the surgical thread is configured for gripping and tightening the thread around tissues.
