An optical element-use resin composition which will not be flattened in lens shape even when a pressure is applied onto the lens surface of an optical element, and can be immediately restored even when flattened to ensure a good quality (kept high in friction resistance); an optical element; and a projection screen. An optical element-use resin composition which constitutes an optical element, wherein a glass transition temperature is 5-36 °C, and an equilibrium modulus of elasticity is 0.859 x 108 - 3.06 x 108 dyne/cm2.
