PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat radiation performance of a straight pipe type LED lamp.SOLUTION: Mouthpieces 55 are fixed to both ends of an illumination lamp having a cylindrical outer sheath. The mouthpiece 55 includes: a cylindrical cover part 70 which covers an outer periphery of an end part of the outer sheath; a mouthpiece end surface 73 having one or more opening parts and disposed at the one end side of the cover part 70; a power feeding terminal 58 which is formed by a conductive material and penetrates through an opening of the opening part; and an insulation resin 41 which is injected so as to fill the opening part with the power feeding terminal 58 penetrating through the opening. The cover part 70 is fixed to the end part of the outer sheath.
