<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a path controller capable of dynamically switching paths for transferring to an appropriate path in accordance with a real time traffic flow amount.SOLUTION: A narrow band path 103 and a wide band path 104 are set in advance in the path controller. A first threshold value and a second threshold value are set for a traffic flow amount of each flow and threshold excess thereof is monitored. When threshold excess of the first threshold continues, the threshold is switched to the second threshold, which activates a dynamic path switch.</p> |
