<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect a circuit board even when a conductor part mounted on a circuit board is fine and a pitch of the conductor part is narrow.SOLUTION: The circuit board inspection device includes: a processing part 21 for inspecting a circuit board 100 based on a determination result of whether a conductor part mounted on the circuit board 100 in a state that a power source St for inspection is supplied to the circuit board 100 is in an energization state or a non-energization state; and a detection unit 16 having a light emission part arranged so as to contact a conductor part arranged on one surface of the circuit board 100 and whose opposite part opposing to the conductor part emits light when the conductor part is in the energization state, and a detection part for detecting light emitted from the light emission part. The processing part 21 determines whether the conductor part mounted on one surface is in the energization state or the non-energization state based on a detection result of the light by the detection part.</p> |
