FIELD: power industry.SUBSTANCE: burner contains the housing with expanding section, fuel line with spray nozzle at the end, a nozzle, installed over the expanding section of the housing, and spiral. The housing consists of three chambers: the first mixing chamber, the turbulent chamber and the second mixing chamber. The first mixing chamber has at least two air holes. Total area of cross sections of these two air holes shall be not smaller than the housing cross section area. In the turbulent chamber the spiral is fixed. The spiral is made from heat-resistant alloy. The second mixing chamber has at least two air holes. Sum of areas of cross sections of the named air holes and area of cross sections of non-expanding section of the housing shall be equal to the area of cross section of the nozzle.EFFECT: obtaining of ecologically clean combustion products, reliable and constant flame stabilization, wide range of flame adjustment, full combustion of fuel, reliability of burner design, decrease of energy consumption for burning.4 cl, 4 dwg |
