An energy treatment device (2) comprises: a holding portion (7) which holds biological tissues (H1, H2); a mucous membrane removal function portion (13) which removes at least a portion of the mucous membrane at the surfaces where the two biological tissues (H1, H2) meet when the biological tissues (H1, H2) are held in an overlapped state by the holding portion (7); and a top jaw (8a) and a bottom jaw (8b) which, as energy applying portions, apply electrical or physical energy for anastomosis to the surfaces from which mucous membrane had been removed in a state where an extracellular matrix of the biological tissues is extracted after mucous membrane is removed by the mucous membrane removal function portion (13). |
