FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in power engineering and aerospace, in particular for parts of hot channel of gas-turbine engines. The suggested ceramic composite material comprising reinforcing filler in form of carbon chopped fibres, silicone, silicone carbide, hafnium dioxide, additionally contains boron, yttrium oxide and hafnium diboride, at the following composition in wt %: Si 10-15; SiC 30-40; HfB10-15; boron 1-5; YO1-5; carbon (fibres) 5-10; HfO- rest. Besides the product is also suggested made from the said ceramic composite material. The ceramic composite material composition ensures weight reduction by maximum 3 wt % in air at temperature 1800°C for 500 h, and stability in subsonic high-enthalpy flow of dissociated air at temperature 2000°C for 600 s.EFFECT: high oxidating resistance under extreme conditions.3 cl, 3 tbl |
