<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for preparing pan-cooked bread. The apparatus includes: a cooking unit which has one or more pan-cooked bread forming molds arranged at uniform internals and an ingredient supply unit supplying the ingredients of the pan-cooked bread to the cooking unit. The cooking unit has a rotating motor on the lower part which is connected to a rotating shaft to rotate the cooking unit. The ingredient supply unit stores has one or more ingredient storage units mounted on the upper part of a base to store and supply ingredients the ingredients of the pan-cooked bread. An ingredient inlet is mounted on a side of the ingredient storage units to receive the ingredients and supply the ingredients to the cooking unit. An oil supply unit is mounted on the baking mold of the cooking unit. The ingredient supply unit also includes a control unit controlling the movement of the cooking unit. The present invention can reduce the manufacturing cost of the pan-cooked bread by automatically and quickly preparing the pan-cooked bread in the uniform or different sizes and shapes in one machine. The present invention can also prepare the pan-cooked bread while ensuring high quality and flavors.</p> |
