摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an energy storage device based on a texture electrode.SOLUTION: A method of composing a polymer electrode includes the following processes. a. A process to provide a support containing one or more conductive metal surfaces. b. A process in which the support is brought into contact with a solution containing camphor sulphonic acid, p-toluene sulphonic acid, and acid containing combination of these acids in a first reaction region comprising a monomer characterized by multiple oxidations states and capable of manufacturing a conductive monomer under existence of at least one electrode, and polymer growth including PS, CV, PP, or CC growth is thereby started. In this process, the voltage potential of the electrode varies between two or more voltage states. c. A process for making polymer growth continue on a substrate in a second reaction region. In this process, a voltage potential and/or a current is practically maintained constant.
