A method and device for computing the psoriasis score of a product image, related to the technical field of computer communication. The method comprises: acquiring and recording the coordinates of each pixel in the product image, and marking the pixels located at the boundary of the product image as boundary pixels (101); extracting and marking the pixels located in the first area block as psoriasis pixels (102); calculating, on the basis of positional relationships of each pixel unit in the product image with the edge pixels and the psoriasis pixels, a psoriasis cutting spatial area corresponding to each pixel in the product image (103); and, acquiring by calculating a psoriasis score of the product image on the basis of the psoriasis cutting spatial areas corresponding to all of the pixels in the product image (104). The device comprises: an acquisition module (201), an extraction module (202), a first calculation module (203), and a second calculation module (204). This increases the accuracy of the psoriasis score of a product image. |
