摘要 The present invention relates to a method for continuously preparing a nickel-cobalt-manganese composite precursor, NixCoyMn1-x-y(OH)2, which is mixed with lithium to be used as a positive electrode active material in a nickel secondary battery. Particularly, precursor seeds of NixCoyMn1-x-y(OH)2 are prepared through first co-precipitation in a Couette-Taylor reactor, and the precursor seeds and a metal co-precipitation liquid are fed into a batch type reactor having overflow, followed by second co-precipitation, thereby finally preparing a precursor of NixCoyMn1-x-y(OH)2 which is uniform, has high sphericity and crystallinity, and has a size of about 3-4 μm.
