PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device that achieves cost suppression even if a detection target is a high-temperature gas.SOLUTION: A sensor device 1 comprises: a main body 10 in which a gas passage 13 through which vapor of a detection target flows is formed thereinside; and a pressure sensor 30 which is provided in the main body 10 in communication with the gas passage 13 and detects a vapor pressure inside the gas passage 13. The gas passage 13 includes a spiral passage 14 between an inflow end of the vapor and the communication place of the pressure sensor 30. |
