<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding device for moving a caisson and a caisson moving method safely moving a submerged caisson filled with filling sand therein to a target position while minimizing a lifting force. <P>SOLUTION: The holding device 1 is lifted via lifting wires 10a-10d of cranes 11a, 11b mounted to a workboat 12. After widening a space between a pair of right and left grips 3, 2, the holding device 1 is lowered, a caisson 13 is positioned between the grips 3, 2, and the space between the grips 3, 2 is narrowed to hold the caisson 13 between them. Then, an amount of ballast water W of a ballast water chamber is adjusted to generate buoyancy in the holding device 1, the holding device 1 is lifted via the lifting wires 10a-10d to raise the caisson 13 from the bottom of water, and the workboat 12 is moved to move the caisson to the target position in a floating state in the water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
