<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of suitably collecting a refrigerant to a heat source side unit including an accumulator by pump-down operation. <P>SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes an outdoor unit 20, an indoor unit 40 having an indoor heat exchanger and a control part. The outdoor unit 20 includes a liquid refrigerant side closing valve, a gas refrigerant side closing valve, a compressor, an outside heat exchanger, an expansion valve and an accumulator installed in suction side piping of the compressor. In the pump-down operation, the control part executes a first liquid storage step prior to a second liquid storage step. In the first liquid storage step, with the liquid refrigerant side closing valve opened, a wet gas refrigerant is sucked from a use side heat exchanger via gas refrigerant communication piping, so as to store the refrigerant in the accumulator. In the second liquid storage step, with the liquid refrigerant side closing valve closed, the refrigerant is sent from the compressor to the heat source side heat exchanger, so as to store the refrigerant in the heat source side heat exchanger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
