PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient information collection without a special server.SOLUTION: An information collection terminal 1 multicasts an inquiry message including a distribution source condition to information providing terminals 2-1 to 2-3. When receiving the message, the information providing terminals 2-1 to 2-3 determine whether profile information of an information provider satisfies the distribution source condition, and transmit a response message to the information collection terminal 1 when the information satisfies the condition. The information collection terminal 1 transmits a distribution request message including a retrieval condition to the information providing terminals 2-1 to 2-3 that have replied the response message. When receiving the distribution request message from the information collection terminal 1, the information providing terminals 2-1 to 2-3 retrieve public information satisfying the retrieval condition among public information stored in the own terminals. When retrieving the public information, the information providing terminals 2-1 to 2-3 transmit the public information to the information collection terminal 1. |
