<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel polymer compound which is excellent in the charging property, and good in the compatibility with and the dispersibility in a resin and a polymerizable monomer. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer compound includes a monomer unit represented by formula (1): -CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-CR<SB POS="POST">1</SB>(A)- [wherein R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>denotes a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; and A denotes a bond site with a structure represented by formula (2)], and a unit as a partial structure constituted of a coordinate element selected from a boron atom, a silicon atom and a divalent or more metal atom, and a ligand.
