<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment method capable of heat-treating a plurality of circular heat treatment regions provided to a workpiece by a simple structure, and also capable of preventing the generation of heat treatment defect. <P>SOLUTION: The heat treatment method, in which the plurality of circular heat treatment regions H1 and H2 are provided along the circular workpiece W, includes, for heat-treating each of the heat treatment regions H1 and H2 one by one: a first heating step S11 of heating the first heat treatment region H1; a first cooling step S12 of rapidly cooling the heated first heat treatment region H1; a first tempering step S13 of heating and cooling the first heat treatment region H1 after the first cooling step S12; and a second heating step S15 of heating the second heat treatment region H2 after the first tempering step S13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
