<p>Provided is a patch preparation containing: a support; and an adhesive layer containing a drug on the surface of the support, wherein a crystal of the drug is formed in the adhesive layer immediately after application of a physical stimulation to the adhesive layer, while a crystal of the drug is formed during preservation after the physical stimulation. According to the present invention, a patch preparation which does not require increase in the area and thickness of an adhesive layer, achieves sufficiently high skin permeation amount of a drug, shows good adhesiveness to the skin and permits a long-term adhesion, and a production method thereof can be provided.</p> |
