The present invention relates to a total system for providing real time translation of a short sentence by a professional translator based on a short sentence translation web and an application and a method thereof. The method includes: a first step of a short sentence translation request terminal (10) accessing a short sentence translation providing server (30) through a communications network (20); a second step of setting a price on translation; a third step of performing electronic payment on an electronic payment server (50); a fourth step of selecting a professional translator mobile terminal possessed by a professional translator who can translate a short sentence in real time; a fifth step of returning and waiting for a process impossible message; and a sixth step of receiving a translation-completed text and information about the professional translator who completed the translation from the professional translator mobile terminal selected in the fourth step and transmitting the translation-completed text and the information about the professional translator to the short-sentence translation request terminal (10) through the communications network (20).
