<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyoxyethylene-added calixarene derivative useful as an intermediate in production of a thermosetting and/or photo-curing calixarene derivative resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method for industrially producing the calixarene derivatives using ethylene carbonate as a polyoxyethylne-adding agent typified by p-tert-butylcalix[6]arene-hexahydroxylethyl ether, p-tert-butylcalix[6]arene-dodecahydroxylethyl ether, p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene-tetrahydroxylethyl ether or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
