The present invention relates to an extracting method of an active ingredient of Hylotelephium ussuriense having an antioxidant and an antibacterial function. An active ingredient extract from Hylotelephium ussuriense prevents skin aging and treats atopic dermatitis, etc. as well as protecting a skin by applying to a functional health food, a food additive, beverage, cosmetics, atopic dermatitis treating agent, detergent, etc., wherein the method comprises the steps of: (a) collecting Hylotelephium ussuriense except for roots; (b) drying the collected Hylotelephium ussuriense; (c) grinding the dried Hylotelephium ussuriense; (d) extracting an active ingredient of the grinded Hylotelephium ussuriense; (e) isolating supernatant of the extract; and (f) concentrating the supernatant. |
