Disclosed is a circadian lighting apparatus which can simultaneously optimize a circadian effect, a visual performance, and a color quality which a human cannot visually recognize but influences on a human body. The circadian lighting apparatus comprises: a circadian illuminometer for measuring a circadian illumination value; a white light source including a plurality of single-colored light sources for outputting mutually different colors; driving portions for respectively providing a driving power to the single-colored light sources per color; and a driving control portion for deciding a size of the driving power which is provided to the single-colored light sources per color not to make the circadian illumination value of the white light source, measured in the circadian illuminometer, get out of a preset range. |
