<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image having high resolution in an optical axis direction by a simple optical adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: A microscope device 1 of the present invention includes a light source 4 oscillating laser light L with which a sample S is irradiated, a first objective lens 21 focusing the laser light L on the sample S, a corner cube 24 retro-reflecting the laser light L after passing through the sample S, a second objective lens 23 focusing the laser light L retro-reflected by the corner cube 24 on the sample S, a camera 16 detecting return light R produced by the fluorescence of the sample S by the laser light L, a dish drive mechanism 25 relatively moving the sample S and a focal point in the optical axis direction of the laser light L, and a control part 17 performing calculation for deconvolution processing on the basis of the cross section information of the sample S obtained by the relative movement by the dish drive mechanism 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
