PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information processing device, a biological information processing method, and a biological information processing program which can accurately determine whether a subject is a living body when a vein is utilized as biological information.SOLUTION: A biological information processing device comprises: acquisition means 105 for acquiring vein information from a subject by photographing the subject; detection means 60 for detecting whether external pressure is applied on the subject; and determination means 70 for determining whether the subject is a living body according to the vein information acquired when the detection means has detected that the external pressure is applied on the subject. |
