The present invention relates to a waste prefabricated panel recycling apparatus. The waste prefabricated panel recycling apparatus includes: a work table mounting a waste prefabricated panel on the upper surface; a pair of separation means which is installed on a side of the exterior of the work table in the vertical direction while having a predetermined gap therebetween and separates the upper and lower exterior members of the waste prefabricated panel received from the work table in the outward direction of the insulation member; and a guide convey means which is installed on the rear side of each separation means and moves the upper and lower exterior members separated in the outside direction of the insulation member. The present invention can separate the upper and lower exterior members and the insulation member of the waste fabricated panel from each other and processes and recycles the insulation material to a board-shaped finished product. Accordingly, the present invention does not need multiple processing operations to process the conventional crushed insulation member pieces to the board-shaped finished product, thereby reducing the number of steps in the process and processing costs. The present invention also separates and recycles the upper and lower exterior members and the insulation member of the waste fabricated panel to reduce the environmental pollution caused by waste treatment of waste prefabricated panels and reduces costs arising caused by the waste treatment. |
