The present invention relates to a halogen free flame-retardant polyolefin crosslinked insulation wire (HFIX) and, specifically, to an HFIX which is eco-friendly, shows excellent fire retardant and paving properties, and saves manufacturing costs. The HFIX comprises: a conductor; and an insulating layer which is formed from an insulating composite which surrounds the conductor and includes a halogen free resin as a base resin.
