According to one embodiment of the present invention, a solar cell comprises: a first photoelectric layer; a second photoelectric layer having an energy band gap different from the first photoelectric layer; an interlayer insulation layer inserted between the first photoelectric layer and the second photoelectric layer. A thickness of the interlayer insulation layer is not more than 600nm, and the solar cell depends on the thickness of the interlayer insulation layer.
