The present invention relates to a liquid crystal compound (S_C liquid crystal compound) comprising fluorine which possesses a property of a smetic C liquid crystal over a wide range of temperature; a liquid crystal composition; and a liquid crystal display device including the same wherein the liquid crystal display device is suitable for manufacturing a large-scale screen display by having fast response speed, a wide optical viewing angle, and low power consumption.
