EMPTY BOTTLE STORAGE DEVICE

A storage device for empty bottles includes an array of lattice elements wherein each lattice element of the array includes a lattice of flexible members arranged to define apertures therebetween. The apertures are sized to receive the mouths of the empty bottles in releasable mating engagement when the mouths are snugly journalled through the apertures. The apertures are defined by the members when they are criss-crossed or otherwise form the lattice element. The apertures may be shaped as substantially recti-linear polygons such as rectangles or squares wherein the initial deflection of at least one side member of the flexible members defining the apertures provides for journalling of the bottle mouths through the apertures. The lattice members may also be resilient so that the apertures are also resilient and thus may be resiliently deformed such as if made of plastic.
