The present invention relates to a foam product and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a foam product, which comprises: performing a foaming process for foaming by inserting a foam material in a mold; and performing an addition insertion process for inserting an addition before performing the foaming process, wherein the addition insertion process is performed by performing a wire molding step for molding a wire and inserting the molding wire molded in specific form. According to the present invention, a foam product and a manufacturing method thereof can reduce manufacturing costs due to reduced manufacturing costs for a mold and material costs without installation of a device such as a plurality of guide pins for arranging a wire inside a foam mold.
