<p>The present invention relates to a cosmetic pumping device for operation by a smooth touch and, in particular, to a cosmetic pumping device for operation by a smooth touch, wherein a thermoplastic elastomer is mixed with polyethylene to prepare a sealant, thereby enabling a user to feel a smooth sensation when pumping the device and to operate the pump by a smooth touch, without applying oil in producing a pump. The dispenser member of the present invention comprises: a pumping cylinder; a pumping piston installed on the upper part of the pumping cylinder; a sealant installed on the inner circumference of the pumping cylinder, which moves according to the vertical movement of the pumping piston to seal the inside of the pumping cylinder or ensure a passage, thereby guiding a cosmetic solution in the cylinder to be discharged; and a check valve installed in the inner lower part of the pumping cylinder, which makes a cosmetic solution contained in a cosmetic case sucked into the inner side of the pumping guiding tube and prevents the cosmetic solution contained in the pumping guiding tube from flowing back into the cosmetic solution case and guides the cosmetic solution to be discharged outside, wherein the sealant is composed of 1.0 to 6.0 wt% of a thermoplastic elastomer and 94.0 to 99.0 wt% of polyethylene. In addition, the thermoplastic elastomer is composed of polyetherester and the hardness of the thermoplastic elastomer is 20 to 80.</p> |
