SOLUTION: A steel-constructed beam is fixed in a face position on a column side surface, and a bearing plate is arranged at its end. A wide connection plate is attached to a flange end of the steel-constructed beam. The connection plates on both the sides of the column are integrated by being welded and joined together by means of a joint reinforcement, and fixed and anchored against flexural stress. Additionally, a PBL dowel with many holes, which is fixed to the bearing plate, is vertically arranged within a beam-column joint to transfer shear force of the beam to the beam
