1. A mobile telephone holding device comprising:
a main body, an arm, at least two clamping elements, a wireless electrical charging device with which a mobile telephone can be charged, and an electrical switching device, wherein at least one of the clamping elements is connected to the main body, wherein at least one of the clamping elements is connected to the arm, wherein the arm is mounted on the main body in such a way that said arm can be moved between an inoperative position (R) and at least one holding position (H) against a restoring force, itching device (13), wherein the electrical switching device, depending on the position of the arm, interrupts an electrical line which leads to at least one of the charging device and a cooling device in the inoperative position (R) of the arm, and closes the electrical line which leads to to the at least one of the charging device and the cooling device in each of the at least one holding position (H) of the arm.
