摘要 |
The invention relates to a process for producing and purifying a synthesis gas stream (S), having the steps of: producing a CO- and H2-containing synthesis gas stream (S) from a hydrocarbonaceous input (5) in a gas production unit (4), separating (1) at least CO2 out of the synthesis gas stream (S), and cryogenically removing (6) CO from the synthesis gas stream (S). According to the invention, CO2, which is present in the synthesis gas at a concentration in the range from 5% by volume to 30% by volume, is separated by means of a temperature swing adsorption (1) from the synthesis gas stream (S) upstream of the cryogenic removal (6) of CO to less than 10 ppm by volume, wherein CO2 is adsorbed on an adsorbent in the form of a random adsorbent bed, and wherein the adsorbent, in the course of the adsorbing (1) of CO2, is cooled by means of indirect heat transfer from the adsorbent to the heat carrier medium and the CO2-laden adsorbent, for desorption of CO2, is heated by at least indirect heat transfer from a heat carrier medium to the adsorbent. |
