A flow cell (2) which is provided with: a plate-shaped body (21) which has a substantially rectangular shape in a planar view; an introduction part (22) comprising a recessed part which has been formed on the upper surface of the body (21); a flow path (23) which has been formed inside the body (21) and is connected at one end to the lower end of the introduction part (22); and a lead-out part (24) which comprises a recessed part formed in the body (21), and to the lower end of which the other end of the flow path (23) is connected. The introduction part (22) is formed such that positive pressure or negative pressure is generated in a liquid by the meniscus of the liquid, which has been introduced from an opening, said negative pressure being of a lower absolute value than negative pressure working on the liquid due to the liquid which has been introduced to the flow path (23). The flow path (23) is formed such that negative pressure is generated in the liquid by the meniscus of the liquid that has been introduced into the flow path (23). Provided are: the flow cell, which is capable of more easily controlling delivery of minute amounts of liquid; and a liquid delivery system.
