PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg part training device capable of efficiently training iliopsoas muscles being inner muscles at the roots of legs. ! SOLUTION: A leg part training device 2 includes: a device body 2; a pair of disks 3 arranged in the device body 2 at an interval in the right and left direction in the same posture and respectively rotatably supported; pedals 4 that are attached to the one and the other one of the disks 3 by allowing the phases to differ by 180 degrees and on which right ane left feet F of a user T are placed; and an interlock mechanism 5 for transmitting the rotation of the one disk 3 to the other disk 3 in the same direction and at the same angle.
