摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulfide-based solid electrolyte material, excellent in lithium ion conductivity and capable of achieving an all-solid-state lithium ion battery having excellent input/output characteristics.SOLUTION: A solid electrolyte material of the present invention includes Li, P and S, as constituent elements. The solid electrolyte material has a diffraction peak at least at a position of a diffraction angle 2θ=17.7±0.3°, in a spectrum determined by X-ray diffraction using CuKαrays as a ray source, and, the value of I/Iis 0.50 or less, where Irepresents a diffraction intensity of the diffraction peak present at the diffraction angle 2θ=17.7±0.3°, and Irepresents a diffraction intensity of a diffraction peak present at a diffraction angle 2θ=26.9±0.3°.</p>
