<p>The present invention relates to a solar cell. Particularly, the present invention is to provide a CIGS solar cell which has a buffer layer composed of a first material layer and a second material layer, between a light absorption layer and a front-side electrode layer, and a method of manufacturing the same. For this, a CIGS solar cell according to the present invention includes a back-side electrode layer formed on a substrate; a light absorption layer formed on the back-side electrode; a buffer layer which comprises a first metal layer formed by using ZnSe:Cu on the light absorption layer, and a second material layer formed on the first material layer; and a front-side electrode layer formed on the buffer layer.</p> |
