PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmitting and receiving coil capable of being downsized while maintaining high power transmitting and receiving efficiency and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: The power transmitting and receiving coil includes: an insulation film 12 composed of a polyimide film or a polyester film; a metal sputtered layer 22 formed by forming a copper layer by sputtering on a nickel chromium alloy layer on the insulation film 12; and a coil pattern 14 formed by performing electric copper plating to an upper part of the metal sputtered layer 22.
