In the present invention, a control system is provided with: sending devices (S70, S240, S72, S74) for sending a plurality of signals with different frequencies from a first communication unit mounted in a vehicle or a second communication unit provided in a mobile device carried by a user so as to produce a prescribed combined signal in which the plurality of signals are combined within a region within a prescribed distance from the first communication unit; and a permission device (S90) for permitting a prescribed action of the vehicle if the prescribed combined signal produced within the region by the plurality of signals sent by the sending device is detected and if it is authenticated that an authentication signal sent from the second communication unit is a normal authentication signal for the vehicle.
