The present invention relates to a pouch comprising: a pouch main body having an accommodating space; a separating part for separating and partitioning the accommodating space into a content accommodating space and a heating unit accommodating space; one or more heating units comprising a water-permeable sheet and a non-water-permeable sheet so as to accommodate a thermal reactant for reacting with a reaction liquid, wherein the water-permeable sheet of the heating unit is arranged facing the separating part. Accordingly, the effectiveness of the heat generated by the heating unit of the pouch is improved, and the pouch provides the benefit of easing the use thereof by a user by minimizing the heat transferred to the user. |
