PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing utensil which is easy to assemble and can prevent fall of a buffer member that can reduce collision noise. ! SOLUTION: A writing utensil includes: a plurality of writing bodies 11 having writing parts 32 formed so as to allow ink or lead power to be applied to paper kind; a neck shaft 16 which has a small hole 22a supporting the writing part 32 at the end; a shaft cylinder 15 which has a plurality of hole parts 20 formed in an end part along an axis direction and houses the writing body 11 together with the neck shaft 16; actuators 42 which are provided for the writing body 11 and movably formed along the hole parts 20; annular buffer members 46 provided for the actuators 42; regulation parts 45 which are provided inside the shaft cylinder 15 and whose end parts are in contact with the buffer members 46; and energizing members 43 energizing the actuators 42 toward the end part of the shaft cylinder 15. !
