SOLUTION: A metal mask base, which is formed by a laser processing method or an electrolytic plating method etc. and from which foreign bodies in the opening are removed, is coated with an alloy film including nickel, phosphorus, and boron and having high hardness and high slidability and thickness of 1.0-4.0 μm by subjecting the metal mask base to a non-electrolytic nickel plating process. !
