PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detection and resolution of resource collision in a peer-to-peer network.SOLUTION: A wireless device in peer-to-peer communication with a first node selects 902 a connection identifier (CID) with a first node, then receives 904 an unexpected scheduling control signal on a resource associated with the CID, and then determines 906 presence of a second node transmitting on the same resource associated with the CID on the basis of the received scheduling control signal.
