PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation vehicle with a flexible container bag filling auxiliary function in which works for putting an object to be put and transporting are made efficient, and a work method using the transportation vehicle.SOLUTION: A plurality of sets of annular arrays 13 of columns 15 are arranged side by side on a loading space 14 of a transportation vehicle 10. Flexible container bags 78 are detachably supported to the respective column annular arrays 13 in the state where inlet ports 84 are opened. A cover 55 is put on the arranged flexible container bags 78 in an openable/closable manner. The cover 55 is provided with a plurality of openings 56 respectively communicating with the inlet ports 84 of the respective flexible container bags 78. Soil or the like is put into each flexible container bag 78 from above the cover 55 with a back hoe or the like. When putting is complete, the transportation vehicle 10 moves to a transportation destination and unloading is performed.
