PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: when a user designates the replacement of a toner CRG to a printer through an application on a host PC and then leaves the toner CRG unreplaced, the printer remains in a toner CRG replacement mode and another user cannot print with the printer.SOLUTION: When a printer remains in a toner CRG replacement mode for a certain amount of time or longer, the printer shifts to an intermediate mode in which both of processing of replacement of a toner CRG and printing can be performed. |
